Founded on the principle of providing a first rate service to every client, the New Homes Shop team works as a cohesive whole whilst allowing individuals to take the lead in their particular area of expertise.  Effective information management and communication within the team and with clients and contacts is fundamental to our success. 

Kate Harrill set up New Homes Shop in 1991 after a successful career with Midas Homes. Kate was instrumental in evolving the Midas Homes’ product and setting up and running an in-house sales and marketing department dealing with every aspect of the direct sale of new homes from land appraisal onwards. She left to set up an independent company which could offer a number of developers the specialist skills they might otherwise be unable to access through employing traditional estate agents to sell their new homes.  With 25 years experience in the business, Kate has created a strong team to work alongside her within New Homes Shop.

Our individual and team skills allow us to maintain a friendly and professional relationship with each of our clients, all of whom respect our commitment, hard work and determination to succeed. 

Emma Hickson has an excellent understanding of current regulations and is able to deal with the wide range of queries which arise during the pre-planning and operational phase of a development. She is actively involved in considering design detail and appropriate specification for projects and in the management of the on-site sales operation.

Anna Harlow heads up the marketing section of the Company and oversees the advertising and external marketing of properties. Other key responsibilities include market research, competitor monitoring, site presentation, showhomes and sales centres and managing the on-site sales operation.

Lynn Preston is responsible for both systems and information management.  By liaising daily with purchasers, colleagues, sales staff and clients, she ensures that everyone is working with accurate information at all times.  Her attention to detail and professionalism is highly valued by clients, colleagues and external contacts alike.
